Meet the Smile Makers: Dr. Allison & Dr. Victor’s Big Plans for NCC Dentistry
What happens when you put two incredibly talented dentists, a passion for serving others, and a whole lot of heart under one roof? You get Dr. Allison Ghan and Dr. Victor Vellon, the dynamic duo leading the Neighborhood Christian Clinic’s expanding Dental Program.
“People think of dentistry as just cleanings and cavities, but it’s so much more than that,” says Dr. Vellon. “When we fix someone’s smile, we’re not just treating teeth—we’re helping someone eat without pain, feel confident in a job interview, and laugh freely with their loved ones.”
Now, they’re dreaming bigger than ever—expanding services, upgrading technology, and ensuring NCC’s dental program reaches more people in need. With advanced procedures, modern equipment, and a vision for the future, Dr. Ghan and Dr. Vellon are set to take compassionate, faith-based dentistry to the next level.

Monthly Tour
Would you like to learn more about TNCC? We offer tours including snacks to introduce interested individuals to the Clinic. If you are a potential volunteer, a donor, or just curious, please join us on the third Monday of any month for a one hour tour. The tour begins at 5:00 PM.
