Director of Development & Communications

Reporting to the Executive Director, the Director of Development and
Communications is responsible for growing philanthropic support for The Neighborhood Christian Clinic through fundraising, donor engagement, grants, marketing, and communications. This position helps share the Clinic’s story, strengthen relationships with donors and supporters, manage fundraising systems, and advance the mission of restoring health, restoring lives, and sharing the Gospel through healthcare.

Clinic Operations Director

The Clinic Operations Director is responsible for the day-to-day operational leadership of the clinic, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant delivery of services. This role oversees credentialing, licensing, human resources, information technology, the medication room, and general clinic operations, working closely with clinical and administrative leadership to support high-quality patient care and organizational sustainability.
